Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at support@luxivadeufram.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you instructions on where to send your item.
3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
